Central Maine Pediatrics is a team of six physicians, two nurse practitioners, a manager, a clinical coordinator, clinical staff and clerical staff that provide care for newborns, children, and adolescents.
Care providers perform routine physicals and gynecological exams, deliver preventive care, and manage acute and chronic pediatric disease. A pediatric cardiologist diagnoses and treats cardiovascular diseases in children of all ages. He also sees adults with congenital cardiac issues and performs fetal echocardiograms. A licensed clinical social worker provides mental health services to pediatric patients with psychosocial concerns. The services of an on-site psychiatrist are also available.
